- Can I reschedule a lesson? Yes, you can easily reschedule or cancel your lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time using the link in your confirmation email.
- What happens if I miss the 24-hour window? Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- How do we connect for the lesson? We will meet online. The video call link will be sent to you before the lesson.
- Have a lesson package? If you purchased a 10-lesson bundle, simply book your slots without paying again.
- What happens if the teacher needs to cancel or reschedule? In the event that I need to reschedule our lesson due to an emergency or illness, I will notify you as far in advance as possible. You will receive a link to reschedule the session at your earliest convenience, or a full refund/credit for that lesson. Your learning progress and time are important to me, and I appreciate your understanding.
- What happens if I am late for a lesson? If you are running late, please let me know. I will wait in the video call room for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the lesson will be considered a “no-show” and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Please note that if we start late, the lesson will still end at the original scheduled time to respect the next student’s slot.
- Do lesson packages expire? Yes, to help you stay consistent and motivated with your learning goals, the 10-lesson bundle is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
