L’appartamento di Francesco
Francesco non vive più con i suoi genitori; ora ha una sua casa.
L’appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo in via Verdi, vicino alla stazione di Firenze. Saliamo le scale o prendiamo l’ascensore (se ci sentiamo pigri) e apriamo la porta d’ingresso. Appena entrati troviamo un piccolo corridoio.
A destra del corridoio c’è la camera da letto. Quando entriamo, sulla destra c’è una scrivania con un computer. Francesco passa molto tempo libero a leggere e per questo motivo ha molti libri. Infatti ha una grande libreria che si trova vicino alla scrivania.
Sopra la scrivania c’è uno scaffale con i ricordi dei suoi viaggi, poi un letto con un comodino. L’armadio per i vestiti è accanto alla porta. Al centro della stanza c’è un grande tappeto.
Di fronte alla porta d’ingresso c’è un piccolo bagno. Anche se è piccolo ha tutto il necessario: c’è un lavandino con un grande specchio, un bidet a destra del lavandino, di fronte una vasca da bagno con doccia e, ovviamente, il wc.
Finalmente eccoci nel soggiorno, a sinistra dell’ingresso. Il soggiorno è sia una sala da pranzo che una cucina. È forse la stanza più accogliente e luminosa.
L’angolo cottura è a destra, con i fornelli e il forno, la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice, il frigorifero e la credenza per stoviglie, bicchieri e pentole.
Nel soggiorno c’è anche un tavolo di legno, quattro sedie, un divano, un grande televisore e naturalmente, uno stereo per ascoltare la musica.
Tutte le pareti della casa sono colorate, quelle della cucina sono blu, quelle del bagno sono gialle e quelle della camera da letto sono verde chiaro.
Dal soggiorno si può uscire su un grande terrazzo dove ci sono molte piante ed una sedia sdraio per leggere un libro e rilassarsi.
Francesco invita spesso i suoi amici nella sua nuova casa e prepara loro il pranzo o la cena oppure ordinano la pizza.

Francesco no longer lives with his parents; now he has a house of his own.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building via Verdi, near the Florence station. We go up the stairs or take the elevator (if we feel lazy) and open the front door. As soon as we enter we find a small corridor.
To the right of the corridor is the bedroom. As we enter, on the right there is a desk with a computer. Francesco spends a lot of free time reading and for this reason, he has many books. In fact, he has a large bookcase which is near the desk.
Next to the bookcase, there is a shelf with the memories of his travels, then a bed with a bedside table. The wardrobe for clothes is to the left of the door. In the centre of the room, there is a large coloured carpet.
In front of the entrance door, there is a small bathroom. Even though it is small, it has everything you need: there is a sink with a large mirror, a bidet to the right of the sink, in front of a bathtub with a shower and, of course, the toilet.
Finally, here we are in the living room, to the left of the entrance. The living room is both a dining room and a kitchen. It is perhaps the most welcoming and bright room.
The kitchenette is on the right, with a stove and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator and cupboard for dishes, glasses and pots.
In the living room, there is also a wooden table, four chairs, a sofa, a large TV and of course, a stereo to listen to music.
All the walls of the house are coloured, those in the kitchen are blue, those in the bathroom are yellow and those in the bedroom are light green.
From the living room, you can go out onto a large terrace where there are many plants and a six deck chair to read a book and relax.
Francesco often invites his friends to his new home and prepares them lunch or dinner or they order a pizza.
